Hey Spartans! Welcome to the HealthSpartan Wellness Guide! This is an informational packet designed to help women and men understand simple steps that can be taken to improve their mental and physical health. We live in an instant gratification society so we find ourselves getting everything we want with the touch of a button. We have spoiled ourselves, nearly, rotten. Physical activity has decreased over the last 50 years due to an increase in sedentary behaviors and work needs to be done to reverse this process. We are not as active as we need to be and our food lacks nutrition. The first step to making a change in the world is looking in the mirror and changing ourselves. My intent writing this guide, is to inform the masses on how to start making small steps to a better future, for ourselves, and the whole world.
